Welcome

To mark the publication of Mise(s) en je(u) de Hamlet, Presses universitaires de Nanterre, collection "Intercalaires", 2023, the University of Grenoble-Alpes is organising a seminar dedicated to the agrégation competitive examination.

Entitled Hamlet, From the Inside, it will be comprised of about eight presentations by researchers from various French universities as well as an art exhibition on the representation of Prince Hamlet in a mountain setting.

This project is both based on the pedagogical and training concerns linked to preparation for the Agrégation competitive examination of this year students, coordinated by Nicholas Manning, director of the LISCA research team at ILCEA 4, and linked to the cross-disciplinary research axis Cultural Creation and Territory(ies). Questions of storytelling, voice acting, adaptation of a text for the stage and, more broadly, a text into the art of performance, will be at the heart of the discussion.
